Ida Spritzer

Inner Divinity Attraction is a journey back to yourself. It is about moving from fear to love, from confusion to clarity, and from searching outside of yourself to remembering what has always been within.

From a young age, Ida Spritzer built a life rooted in love, family, creativity, and ambition. She became the proud mother of two and pursued her teenage dream of becoming a fashion buyer, eventually co-owning boutique clothing stores and bringing that vision to life through years of hard work and dedication.

As life shifted, Ida felt called toward something deeper. Facing the weight of loss and stepping into single parenthood, she turned to prayer, meditation, and the study of holistic wellness. What began as a personal journey of healing gradually transformed into the foundation of the work she now shares with others.

In 2003, Ida stepped into a new professional chapter as a successful art dealer and gallery owner. She represented clients at Sotheby's and Christie's and published the book Tribes with artist Wendy Hendelman, written by Anthony Haden-Guest. She credits her meditation practice and spiritual beliefs for helping guide her path and support her success in the art world.

By 2011, Ida began formally assisting clients on their own healing journeys. She became a certified master instructor in both Integrated Energy Therapy and Reiki, receiving master-level certifications from the International New York Center of Reiki and the Center of Being under the guidance of founder Stevan J. Thayer.

Over the years, Ida continued to deepen her studies and expand her healing work. In addition to her certifications in Integrated Energy Therapy and Reiki, she is certified in Transcendental Meditation, Quantum Healing, and EFT. These modalities reflect her deeply intuitive and holistic approach to transformation and well-being.

For more than 15 years, Ida has practiced at the Hudson Valley Chiropractic and Nutrition Center, where she has offered healing, life coaching, and chakra alignment. Her work is centered on helping people move through emotional blockages, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful transformation from within.

In 2024, Ida launched the Meditation Box, a specialized toolkit created to support emotional and wellness needs. Inspired by her studies in thought theology, Buddhism, and feng shui, it reflects her commitment to holistic healing and her desire to empower others on their spiritual journey.

Today, with more than 40 years of experience in Transcendental Meditation, Ida continues to guide clients toward greater peace, clarity, and alignment. Since 2005, she has studied under renowned meditation teacher Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, deepening her understanding of the Science of Spirituality. As an intuitive energy and spiritual healer, Ida is devoted to helping others reconnect with their truth, heal from within, and create a more fulfilled life.
